Grill Station is not a steakhouse, we just love grill and grill everything we love: vegetables, root vegetables, salads, fish, meat, seafood. We experiment with combinations, focus on locality and season of products, but are not absorbed in haute cuisine and refined gastronomy. The main thing for us is to get the natural taste of the product across masterfully emphasizing it with live fire. It is the fire that gives exceptional juiciness, regular texture and pronounced smoky flavor to dishes.
The multi-level grill is equipped with grates with V-shaped channels which allow preserving the value and benefits of the products and at the same time preventing the juice from getting on the hot coals, while the lifting mechanisms make it possible to work with different temperatures: this design was formed owing to the centuries-old experience of grill cooking in Spain and Argentina.
